Prayer Is Key

HAPPY THANKFUL THURSDAY TO THE SISTERHOOD BECAUSE THE

“SISTERHOOD IS ESSENTIAL!”

THIS MORNING, INSTEAD OF MEDITATING, I WAS THE PRAYER LEADER ON MY CHURCH'S PRAYER LINE AND REALIZED THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE STILL NOT PRAYING.

LIFE IS LIFE’N AND THROWING DIFFERENT THINGS AT US AND WE ARE SACRIFICING PRAYER TIME WITH GOD. WE’RE OVERWHELMED, TRYING TO TUNNEL THROUGH OUR TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS BUT WE ARE UNSUCCESSFUL BECAUSE WE ARE NOT TAKING THE TIME TO COMMUNICATE WITH GOD THROUGH PRAYER.

PRAYER IS SO IMPORTANT. IT HELPS US DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, IT PROVIDES US WITH ANSWERS THAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR, IT HELPS US WITH DIRECTION, IT GIVES US STRENGTH BUT MOST OF ALL IT WORKS MIRACLES.

LET US NEVER EVER TAKE THE POWER OF PRAYER FOR GRANTED.

“Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven,[f] Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Heb4:14-16 (NIV version)

WE REAP SO MUCH FROM BEING ABLE TO PRAY. THROUGH PRAYER WE ALLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT TO COME INTO OUR LIVES AND PROVIDE A FEELING OF PEACE AND LOVE.

AFTER 2020 WE ALL SHOULD HAVE AN ANTICIPATION FOR OUR OWN PERSONAL PRAYER TIME. AT A MOMENT WHEN THIS WORLD WAS AT ITS LOWEST, WE SHOULD HAVE LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF WHAT PRAYER REALLY CAN DO.

14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

REMEMBER PRAYER IS SO VITAL, IT’S THE ONLY THING ALL RELIGIONS HAVE IN COMMON!!

PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS
